Come join our growing nursery group 

We are opening TWO NEW NURSERIES and are looking for a qualified and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team! Successful candidates may work in either of our three nurseries, caring for babiestoddlers and preschoolers.

Our established day nursery is currently full with a waiting list, featuring a soft play room, sensory  room and an outdoor classroom. Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted, we hold a 5-star food hygiene rating and are 1 of just 3 nurseries in Derby to have achieved Millie’s Mark status; the gold standard in Paediatric first aid. Our management team are incredibly experienced and our Nursery Manager has previously managed Outstanding settings.

Our second nursery will be based within the Rosehill Family Hub; providing an amazing opportunity for practitioners to work closely with health professionals based in a Council Children’s Centre.

The third will be located on Carlton Road (on the site of the old ‘Play and Learn nursery’) in the beautiful suburb of Littleover.

Successful candidates will be able to start right away.

You must:

You must have at least:

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager of an Ofsted Good or Outstanding day nursery
  • 4 years’ Early Years experience

· Level 3 qualified (or higher)
· Passionate about childcare
· Have at least two years’ experience working in a nursery
· Have a positive attitude
